The Food
Food is a gratifying experience, meant to be savoured. Fifty-One, The Promenade is one place that reminds you to do just that.

Serving local fresh fish and vegetables with an Italian flourish is our forte. Every day, we personally choose all our fish, shell-fish, vegetables and fruits from speciality markets in Liverpool. Our meat is exclusively supplied by Broughs the butchers. The flavours of local produce are enhanced by organic herbs, cheese, olive oil and fine wines imported from Italy. The passionate manner in which the bread, pasta, deserts, sauces, and stocks are freshly prepared in-house makes Fifty-One even more special.

Something else you should know is that at “Fifty One” you are not limited to the daily menu. If you would like something different and we have the ingredients our chef will create it for you. For that little something that requires your own special ingredients give us 48 hours notice and we’ll make sure you get your very own "special" dish.

The Place
“Fifty One” is housed in a restored Victorian Building that stands on the Promenade, opposite the Southport Theatre & Floral Hall. The high ceilings and original wooden floors of the Victorian Building are accentuated by the sophisticated interior décor, thus creating a charming ambience that blends perfectly with the menu.
